ClingMobile

Privacy policy

Effective July 17, 2026.

This policy explains how ClingMobile collects and uses information through its public pages, private creator workspace, FLO conversations, phone features, and purchased services.

Information collected

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure accounts, provide FLO and launch services, respond to support requests, meter AI services, prevent abuse, process and reconcile purchases, and publish only information the operator marks public.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers used to deliver the service, such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for phone or verification functions, Cloudflare for network security and routing, configured AI providers for requested FLO responses, and, only when a creator has explicitly connected their own account, TikTok's own API for reading that creator's public video statistics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Mobile information and messaging consent

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS/text messaging opt-in or consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include the service providers listed above (such as Twilio, who transmits messages on ClingMobile's behalf as a matter of technical necessity) or disclosures required by law.

Private and public information

Private conversations, credentials, customer records, unpublished drafts, and private node files are not intended for public node pages. Public profiles, public CATCH publications, and public offers are visible to anyone after operator approval.

Retention, security, and choices

Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the network. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Children and changes

ClingMobile business services are not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
