These terms govern use of ClingMobile public pages, FLO features, private creator workspaces, Cling Credits, and purchased launch services.
ClingMobile provides software and guided services that help creators and businesses prepare profiles, content, offers, customer intake, and FLO-assisted workflows. Operators remain responsible for reviewing and approving public claims, prices, offers, and actions.
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from ClingMobile related to your account and use of the service. This includes phone-number verification codes, and service notifications you or another user of the service explicitly trigger, such as meetup proposals, callback requests, and status alerts. These are account and service messages, not marketing. No mobile information or messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ClingMobile also provides a real phone-calling service: a dedicated phone number, FLO-assisted call handling, and inbound/ outbound calls placed through the service on your behalf. Using this feature is a further, explicit consent to place and receive calls through it -- distinct from, and in addition to, the verification-code consent above.
Message frequency varies based on your own use of the service — there is no fixed sending schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to a message for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Where a feature requires phone verification to function (such as signing in), opting out of messages related to that feature may mean that feature is unavailable to you.
FLO responses can be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Users must independently verify important information. No customer, revenue, audience, or business outcome is guaranteed.
Prices and included deliverables are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Current delivery terms are described in the fulfillment policy, and cancellations and refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Cling Credits are a closed-loop service credit used only for eligible AI, phone, storage, and node operations across the ClingMobile network. It is not cash, transferable value, equity, an investment, cryptocurrency, or redeemable for money.
Users may not use ClingMobile to violate law, impersonate others, deceive customers, infringe rights, distribute malware, expose credentials, harass people, or publish content they lack permission to use. Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, providers, or the network.
ClingMobile reserves the right to permanently ban any account that impersonates another creator or claims credit for another creator's real work without giving them credit.
A user's public profile may independently promote, describe, or link to an outside business, program, or referral/affiliate link that the user themselves participates in. ClingMobile provides the platform (hosting, page tools, and FLO) as a platform-as-a-service and is not a party to that outside business or program, does not endorse, verify, or guarantee it, and bears no liability for its claims, products, services, savings, payments, or outcomes. Signup, enrollment, and payment for any such outside business or program always happen directly with that business, never through ClingMobile. The user promoting it is solely responsible for the accuracy of what they publish and for following that outside program's own rules.
Operators retain rights in content they provide. They grant ClingMobile the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display operator-approved content to deliver the service. ClingMobile software, branding, and documentation remain owned by their respective rights holders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises of uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is not permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
